    • Weeks 1–2: The full picture Before we change anything, we look at everything — website, messaging, email, content, SEO, and analytics. By the end of week two, you have a clear picture of what's working, what isn't, and where the biggest opportunities are.

      Weeks 3–4: Where we start We walk through the audit together and build the plan around your goals.
